Sellisy ("we", "us", "our") operates the platform at sellisy.com that lets creators sell digital products and lets buyers purchase them.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data — email, name, profile image, password (handled by Clerk)
• Store data — store name, branding, products, prices, uploaded files
• Order data — buyer email, amount, payment IDs, download tokens
• Usage data — page views, IP, browser, device type, referrer
• Communications — transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails

Payment card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe and PayPal handle them directly.

• To provide analytics so creators see their store performance
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
• To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying data only)

Account data: kept while your account is active. Order data: retained for 7 years for tax/accounting compliance. After deletion, identifying fields are anonymized and the rest is purged within 30 days, except where law requires longer.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate checkout. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics is server-side and aggregated.

Sellisy is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
